Curriculum
St. Luke’s Episcopal School seeks to educate the whole child. All programs follow a developmentally age appropriate curriculum. St. Luke’s supports the theory that children learn best when they can control and act upon their environment. Many opportunities are available for seeing, touching, tasting, learning, moving, and self- expression. Children need hands-on activities and choices. A developmentally appropriate curriculum for young children integrates the child’s needs, interests, and abilities as it focuses on the whole child. St. Luke’s uses Frog Street Press www.frogstreet.com in addition to other supplemental material.
